What Is Your Return Policy?

All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, for additional information, please email us hello@hyde-goods.com


How Long Can You Hold My Items For Pickup?

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be prepared for pickup. Pickups are available Mon- Fri 8am-5pm. A minimum of 24 hour notice is needed to schedule pickups. Purchases can be held upto 7 days, if left longer than 7 days, a 10% hold fee is applied per week and due before a purchase is picked up. Items left longer than 2 weeks will be re-listed to inventory without refund. For shipping on larger pieces please email hello@hyde-goods.com for a quote prior to purchase. Hyde goods does not offer to hold items, all pieces are first come first serve. Short term storage can be arranged for larger items being shipped with a third party shipper, a fee applies for long term storage left more than 21 days from date of purchase.

Do You Offer Local Delivery?

We offer Local Delivery throughout the OC, LA and SD area. For quotes, please reach out with your zip code. If interested in cross country or international shipping, please email us at hello@hyde-goods.com. We partner directly with many white glove shipping partners and local delivery carriers. Hyde is not responsible for wrapping large items being delivered via third party carriers but may be available for an extra fee upon request. For large items requested to be shipped, the customer agrees to cover packing fees that may be required. An invoice for shipping is available to be emailed to you and is subject to an additional 3.3% fee for credit cards.

How Fast Will My Items Be Shipped?

All small items ship within 3-5 business days and are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Larger items going via freight may take longer. 

What If My Item Looks Different From The Photo?

All pieces are vintage and/or secondhand and will show wear appropriate for their age. Wear spots, tears and fading and possibly patina are all part of what may make your items one of a kind! If you would like to see additional photos of an item or an unfiltered photo please reach out prior to purchase. All pieces are sold as is. 

I Purchased a Rug Or Fabric Item, Should I Clean It Before Putting It In My Home?

Hyde always recommends all rugs and or fabric items be cleaned before use in your home. We recommend to have pieces professionally cleaned to help eliminate the chance of the colors running or bleeding. Additional Rug Care + Tips 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Hyde Goods accepts any form of Debit or Credit Card. All purchases Include Tax. We also offer a financing options via our website through ShopPay installments. Checks and Zelle are not accepted. Venmo or Square Invoices may be available upon customers request. Square Invoices are subject to an additional 3.3% credit card processing fee.

For Shop Pay, Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.

All Sales Are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges 


Shipping and Delivery

Hyde is not responsible for damage, theft, or any loss that occurs during shipment via carrier or third party shipping partners. Hyde is not responsible for delays in shipment pickup and or delivery as a result of using a third party shipping service. If using a third party shipping service, the buyer acknowledges the shipper takes full responsibility for condition of pieces once picked up from Hyde. Upon request, buyers are welcome to coordinate their own delivery should they have their own shipping partners. Carriers arranged by customers assume full responsibility of any item(s) picked up from Hyde. For shipping on larger items outside of local delivery, please reach out for a quote prior to purchase as all sales are final.

Do You Hold Items?

Hyde only offers holds for designers pending client approval. Our hold times for designers is 7 days. All other pieces are first come first serve and can be purchased directly through Hyde-goods.com
